The MT634Xfamily is produced with monolithictechnology. Which built AMR sensor & ASIC on onechip.The iC internally includes a Wheatstone bridgewith magnetic film, a voltage regulator for operatingwith supply voltage from 1.8V to 5.5V, a sleep/awakelogic for low power consumption requirement, smallsignal amplifier and Schmitt trigger comparator withdynamic offset cancellation, and an output driver withpush-pull output.
